Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

The shipping time of the products is mentioned with all sales. Further, the delivery usually takes 7-8 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery.

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

  1. Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
  2. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
  3. Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.

Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately at +91-9582685418 (10AM - 6PM, Mon - Sat) or mubarik.neemka@gmail.com

Payment Terms

We accept payment through Cash-on-Delivery. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available across India. With COD you shall be required to pay cash on delivery of the goods you ordered. We currently do not accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders of Rs. 999 or more. Shipping charges of Rs. 69 will apply to orders below Rs. 999. Shipping charges may vary for promotional offers.

Cash on Delivery Policy

Neemkaa.com provides you the option to pay Cash on Delivery across all major parts of the country. We provide cash on delivery through all the major courier providers. This is how it works.

  1. You place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout.
  2. Cash on delivery is available for a minimum order amount of Rs. 599 (including shipping charges).
  3. Since we ship through courier companies, we can only provide cash on delivery in limited number of pin codes.
  4. If cash on delivery is available in your area, you will see the option to pay via Cash on Delivery in payment methods. If Cash on Delivery is not available in your area, you can still process by paying via credit card/ debit card/ Net banking.
  5. After you place an order, an automated SMS is sent to you to confirm your order followed by a call. If you do not respond, a customer service representative will call you within the next 24-48 hours to confirm your order. Please make sure you answer the call and confirm the order. Alternatively, you can also confirm the order yourself by calling us at 095826-85418.
  6. Your order will now be processed and you will receive the tracking number and the courier name as soon as it shipped. You can track the shipment and make sure it’s received by you.
